Mommy Goggles 'Year Round' Gift Guide!

Travel with ease with iGo Green

I travel quite a bit. It may be from our family venturing out and about for the day on errands or it can be me traveling out of state for a blog conference event. I get so tired of taking so many separate wall chargers. Oh, and we cannot forget how many times my BlackBerry has died while being out and not having my charger. I had a much appreciate opportunity to try out a product that had me at hello! Meet iGo Green:

MG thoughts

I am in love with the iGo Green! Jut this past week, I traveled with it and I was able to use this as an actual charger, as well as to charge it and use it on the go. Example: I was in the airport and my BlackBerry needed a quick charge. I was able to go from 10% in power to 40% in a matter of about 8 minutes.

I had a bit of a wait for my first flight and I looked over to see a man leaning over, looking for a power outlet in desperation. I noticed he had a BlackBerry, so I offered him my iGo Green. Was he happy? You bet! After 10 minutes, he looked at me, with a surprised look on his face. He was up 50% in BlackBerry battery power. If that doesn’t make one happy, I don’t know what does. I am very happy with everything about the iGo Green.

Let’s back up just a bit.. When I got it, I labeled all of my cords.

I labeled my cords (above) because I didn’t have an adapter for my Sony Reader, but the other cables, I had in my laptop bag, so I labeled those. Now that I have the iPad, I can get an adapter for that and simply take just the one cable and travel with the cable that it came with, along with the adapters.

If you use the USB cable that came with your BlackBerry, label it, otherwise you can use the tips that are sold separately.

I love that you can charge your device, meanwhile you are charging the iGo Green so that you can take the iGo Green unit itself with you and if your device (ie: BlackBerry) runs out of juice all you have to do is plug it in the iGo Green and you have power going to it. Easy and I love it! Affordable and I love it even more!
