I think there are those Christmas gifts that the kids love to get, yet the parent dreads having it in their home. You know what I’m talking about…. those toys that are loud and never shut up, or those that include a million tiny pieces that seem to get stepped on and end up in the vacuum cleaner. Kambry is 4 and is a huge Littlest Pet Shop fan and when I saw that there as a Littlest Pet Shop Playset, I was intrigued to check it out.

Our thoughts

While this playset does have smaller pieces, they aren’t obscenely tiny, there are small pieces that won’t have you cursing when you step on them. There are smaller pieces that BLYTHE uses while she’s on her flight adventure such as:

• Headband
• Headphones
• snacks for her special bulldog
• comb

There are other pieces that are included that aren’t so small and easy to lose like:

• snack cart
• pilot hat
• luggage cart
• luggage
• chairs
• mounted TV’s

Overall, I love the Blythe Loves Littlest Pet Shop Pet Jet Playset as a toy and even as something that includes pieces that can be stored within the toy itself. The pieces aren’t so tiny that they are easy to lose and the jet itself holds up very nicely. With some toys, I have noticed that the pieces come apart easy. With the jet’s swing open door, this is made nicely and doesn’t come apart easy like I have seen some other hinged toys. We’d recommend the Blythe Loves Littlest Pet Shop Pet Jet Playset to anyone that is looking for a gift that is fun, affordable and can even be used if your little one is a superhero fan.
